Wild Hearts is a half hour show that mixes live action with animation, dreams with reality, captures the freedom, wonder and imagination of children coming of age. This entertaining family show will deal with the unavoidable issues teenagers face in a topical, educational and magical way.

Guiding the children through the maze to maturity are caring, mystical and mischievous animated horses, the Night Mares, that enter their dreams and empower them to face growing up. This world of dreams woven with reality provides a wonderful creative canvas to explore a child’s imagination that is as endless as the sky from where the Night Mares come.

Each week on Wild Hearts, it’s another day of growing up for Tsawwassen’s teens and another opportunity for the Night Mares to return to earth. The overall message is that if you believe in something, you can accomplish it. Sometimes we all find help in the strangest of places.

Wild Hearts is designed to engage a weekly audience through continuing character growth and story lines. Each week the mystery of Cord the blacksmith, and his relationship with the magical secret of the Night Mares will unfold within the group, building towards the hope of one day bringing them back to earth.
