 Wild Heart Ranch Announces Resignation of Directors and Formation of New Advisory Board

POINT ROBERTS, WA, April 26, 2005 - Wild Heart Ranch, Inc. announces today the resignation of the following directors and formation of a new advisory board following the resolution and director's meeting held on the April 8, 2005. The following directors have resigned as directors and agreed to act on the newly formed advisory board: Russell Naftal, Guy McCarter, Fred Roos, and Robert Trow.
